しかし、多くの政策はスローガンとして止まり、 実践的なゴールまでには至っていない。
どのように改善できるのか？
うまくいっているところはどこか？
本セミナーでは多様性との共生を「本気で」 達成するために何が必要なのかを 幅広く取り上げたい。
Efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in higher education have expanded across Japan.
Yet many initiatives are only realized as slogans and fall short of accomplishing their practical goals.
What can be improved?
What is working well?
This seminar will feature a wide-ranging discussion on how we can REALLY embrace diversity in Japanese higher education.
